Please be advised that Bonacci Real Estate does not require prospective homebuyers to provide any of the following prerequisites prior to receiving residential real estate brokerage services:
Prospective Buyer Identification: Prospective buyers are not required to show a government-issued photo identification or passport before working with Bonacci Real Estate.
Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement: Prospective buyers are not required to sign an exclusive buyer representation agreement to receive services, although a mutual agreement may be executed voluntarily.
• 3. Mortgage Pre-Approval / Proof of Funds: Prospective buyers are not required to provide a mortgage loan pre-approval letter or proof of liquid funds prior to engaging Bonacci Real Estate for property searches.
