At The Colonnade, I'm serving as owner's representative for international clients transforming their 40th-floor Manhattan condominium into a beautifully renovated and furnished city residence.

The apartment has plenty going for it: generous living spaces, a private balcony high above the city, and the opportunity to create something truly personal.

My role is to bring all the moving parts together—from design direction and finish selections to contractor supervision, renovation coordination, and furnishings. With the owners based outside New York, I'm their eyes and ears on the ground, managing details, resolving issues, and keeping the project moving forward.

There are plans to refine, materials to select, furniture to discover, and inevitably a few surprises along the way. Every decision contributes to the larger vision.

Good representation doesn't end with a closing. Sometimes, that's where the real work begins.
