Knowing the Market, Delivering the Record

170 West End Avenue · Apartment 28H

Lincoln Towers · One-Bedroom Co-op · Sold $980,000

Some renovations start with a floor plan. This one started with a plane ticket.

The sellers of 28H are lifelong travelers, and one stop stayed with them: the Danish Design Museum. They loved it, and it quietly shaped nearly every choice they made in the renovation. The result was a contemporary postwar one-bedroom with a European sensibility and finishes that felt picked up on the road and brought home.

Buyers felt it the moment they walked in. It didn't look like a typical co-op. It looked like someone with real taste had lived there.

My job was to tell that story. I've closed multiple sales within Lincoln Towers, so I knew the complex and its co-op market firsthand. I used that knowledge to shape the strategy and position this exclusive so buyers saw the story and not just a floor plan.

They fell for it. Multiple bids came in, and the friendly competition pushed the result past everyone's expectations: a record sale for a non-sponsor apartment.

Knowing a building is one thing. Knowing how to get its best result is another.
